Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Slipgate Ironworks does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas or materials, including (without limitation) ideas or materials related to games, promotions, or new or improved products or technologies. Please do not send any of the foregoing to us or our representatives. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if Slipgate Ironworks' games, products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas or materials submitted to Slipgate Ironworks. If, despite our request, you still send Slipgate Ironworks your ideas or other materials, then regardless of what your submission says, you hereby grant Slipgate Ironworks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit any such ideas or materials (and all related intellectual property rights) for any purpose.
